1. Service

Peace for Balochistan provides tools or integrations intended to publish or upload video-based news and informational content to supported third-party social media platforms. The service may use official platform APIs, authorization systems, or publishing tools where available.

2. Third-party social media platforms

The service may connect with TikTok or other supported social media platforms. Those platforms are independent third parties and are not owned or controlled by IM Developers. Your use of a third-party platform is also governed by that platform's own terms of service, privacy policy, community guidelines, content rules, and developer or API requirements.

Peace for Balochistan and IM Developers are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with a third-party social media platform merely because the service supports publishing to that platform.

3. Authorization and account access

When a supported platform requires authorization, you must authorize the specific permissions needed for the requested publishing function. The service is intended to request only permissions reasonably necessary to perform its supported functions, such as permission to publish video content.

You remain responsible for your social media account, its security, and any authorization you grant through the relevant platform. You may revoke platform authorization using the controls provided by that social media platform.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• violate applicable law or a third-party platform's rules;
• publish content you do not have the right to publish;
• infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights;
• distribute malware, deceptive material, spam, or content designed to compromise accounts or systems;
• misrepresent your identity, authorization, affiliation, or ownership of content; or
• circumvent security, access controls, platform restrictions, or API limitations.

5. News and informational content

Peace for Balochistan is a news channel. News, commentary, reports, captions, videos, and other informational material are provided for general informational purposes. Reasonable efforts may be made to present information accurately, but information can change, sources can conflict, and errors can occur. Users should independently verify important claims when appropriate.

6. Content rights and responsibility

Rights in third-party material remain with their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party content to IM Developers. A person who provides or authorizes content for publishing is responsible for ensuring that the content may lawfully be published and that required permissions, licenses, or consents have been obtained.

7. Fees

Peace for Balochistan is currently provided free of charge. A third-party platform, internet provider, mobile carrier, hosting provider, or other service may impose its own charges, which are outside the control of IM Developers.

8. Availability and changes

The service may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features when necessary, including when a third-party platform changes its API, policies, permissions, technical requirements, or service availability. Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. IM Developers does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful publication, availability of any third-party platform, or that all content will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IM Developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service, inability to use the service, actions taken by third-party platforms, loss of platform access, content removal, or reliance on information published through the service.

11. Suspension or termination

Access to the service may be suspended or terminated where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to misuse, protect third-party rights, or comply with the requirements of a supported social media platform.

12. Privacy

The handling of information in connection with the service is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when the service, applicable law, or third-party platform requirements change. The updated version will be published at tiktok.vidzorra.com with a revised effective date.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply under the law of a user's jurisdiction.
