Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Peace for Balochistan, operated by IM Developers, handles information when providing its free video-publishing service for supported social media platforms. IM Developers does not intentionally collect or retain users' personal information or social-media account data on its own systems.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Peace for Balochistan and its integrations with supported third-party social media platforms. It is written to apply across supported platforms rather than to one specific social media provider.

2. Information collected by IM Developers

IM Developers does not intentionally collect, build a database of, sell, rent, or retain personal information about users of Peace for Balochistan. IM Developers also does not intentionally retain social-media profile data, account credentials, access tokens, private messages, contact lists, advertising identifiers, or analytics profiles for users of the service on its own systems.

3. Information needed to publish videos

When the service publishes a video through a supported social media platform, technical information or content required to complete that action may be transmitted to the relevant platform through its official authorization, API, upload, or publishing process. IM Developers does not use that information to create an independent user profile or retain it for unrelated purposes.

Where a platform handles authorization, platform account information and permissions are handled under that platform's own systems and policies.

4. Social media platform data

Videos, account information, publication records, and other data stored by a social media platform are controlled and processed by that platform according to its own privacy policy, terms, security practices, and retention rules. IM Developers does not control how an independent social media platform stores information within its own service.

5. Permissions

Peace for Balochistan is intended to use only the platform permissions necessary for supported functions, primarily permission to upload or publish video content. A platform may describe these permissions using terms such as publishing, posting, uploading, content creation, or similar scope names.

Granting a platform permission does not transfer ownership of a user's social media account to IM Developers. Users may manage or revoke permissions through the applicable social media platform where that functionality is provided.

6. Cookies, analytics, and tracking

Peace for Balochistan does not intentionally use advertising trackers, behavioral advertising profiles, cross-site tracking technologies, or analytics systems operated by IM Developers to profile users. A hosting provider, browser, network provider, or third-party social media platform may process technical data independently as part of providing its own service.

7. Sale or sharing of personal information

IM Developers does not sell or rent users' personal information. Because IM Developers does not intentionally retain user personal information for the service, it does not maintain a commercial database of user information for advertising or data-broker purposes.

8. Data retention

IM Developers does not intentionally retain personal information or social-media account data on its own systems for Peace for Balochistan. Data stored by a supported social media platform remains subject to that platform's retention and deletion practices.

9. Data deletion and revoking access

Because IM Developers does not intentionally retain user personal information or social-media account data, there is ordinarily no user-data repository maintained by IM Developers for a user to delete.

To delete content or account data held by a social media platform, users should use the account, privacy, content-management, or deletion controls provided by that platform. Users should also use the relevant platform's settings to revoke Peace for Balochistan's authorization or connected-app access where applicable.

If a user believes IM Developers has received information that requires deletion, the user may contact johnlemfo@gmail.com. The request will be reviewed and any information actually controlled by IM Developers will be handled as required by applicable law.

10. Security

IM Developers uses reasonable measures appropriate to a small independent service to limit unauthorized access to systems under its control. No internet transmission or third-party platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Children's privacy

Peace for Balochistan is not designed to intentionally collect personal information from children. Users must comply with the age requirements and parental-consent rules of any social media platform they use. If IM Developers becomes aware that personal information from a child has been received and is under its control, appropriate steps will be taken to delete it as required by applicable law.

12. International processing

Supported social media platforms may process data in countries other than Pakistan. Such processing is performed under the respective platform's privacy policy and infrastructure. IM Developers is based in Pakistan.

13. Third-party links and services

The service may direct users to or interact with independent third-party social media services. This Privacy Policy does not replace the privacy policy of any third-party platform, and IM Developers is not responsible for the privacy practices of services it does not control.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the service, applicable law, or supported platform requirements change. The current version will be published at tiktok.vidzorra.com with its effective date.
